Sutton Foster was a Tony Award recipient with her award-winning Tony Awards performance in Anything Goes in Thoroughly Modern Millie as well as in Little Women. The first time she appeared in a television show on Star Search at age 15, and has more recently performed in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Solo artist Sutton has performed across the country. Sutton has appeared across the United States as well as internationally together with the musical direction of Michael Rafter... performing songs from her debut solo album "Wish" and the follow-up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Cafe Carlyle." Sutton Foster has appeared on stage at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub among others. Sutton received an honorary doctorate in 2011 in the form of Ball State University, where she is also advisor and faculty member to the Department of Theatre and Dance. From March to date her debut TVLand show "Younger" created by Darren Star designed by Darren Star is a hit.
